Fees and confirmation

Every cemetery sets its own permissions, timescales and charges. We will confirm these with you before arrangements are finalised.

Important: who you pay

Interment / grave-digging fee: Direct Burial will collect this fee from you and pay it to the cemetery on your behalf.

Every other third-party fee: you must pay it directly to the relevant cemetery, burial ground, memorial mason, officiant or other supplier. Direct Burial will not collect or pass on those payments.
