Call-out and collection during normal working hours, from 9am to 5pm.
Additional emergency call-out fee for evenings, overnight, weekends or Bank Holidays.
A specialist coffin may be required. The exact cost is confirmed after measurements.
Important service information
Following official registration of the death and receipt of the necessary legal documentation, burial normally takes place within 7–10 days unless otherwise agreed.
If somebody remains in our care and payment has not reached our account within 21 days of death, a care charge of £15 per day applies for the following seven days and £25 per day thereafter until payment is received.
No Exclusive Right of Burial is granted or inferred until the relevant payment has been received in full.
Any future exhumation is subject to all necessary legal permissions and requirements, is at the cost of the family or executors, and must be undertaken by an appropriately qualified and insured contractor acceptable to the burial-ground operator.

You can pay 50% of the £1,985 price now as the plot fee, securing your exclusive burial plot through a legal Exclusive Right of Burial (EROB). Your money is fully secured, the agreement guarantees a 100% fixed price, and the remaining balance is paid at the time of need. This is not a pre-paid funeral plan.
08Will the burial plot ever be reused?
No. Every plot at our Lincolnshire green burial park is guaranteed for eternity and will never be reused.
09Can two or more people pre-plan together?
Yes. When two or more people pre-pay together, we allocate adjoining hand-in-hand plots so they can rest side by side.
10Does unattended mean less care?
No. Unattended describes the format, not the standard of care. The person is treated professionally, respectfully and with dignity throughout.
